The future of family admin is a text message.
Delivered
Toole takes care of the school admin, so you can get on with family life.
Stays on this page. It is never sent anywhere.
07:00
One message, at seven.
Ask for a morning message and Toole sends you the shape of the day: counts and a link, never the details. A morning with nothing on sends nothing. And every Sunday at seven, the week ahead arrives.
08:15
The emails arrive. Toole reads them.
Connect your Gmail or forward what comes in. Toole finds the dates, the deadlines and the things to do, and keeps the words each one came from, so you can see why it is there.

Things families ask it to do
Message it on WhatsApp like you'd message a friend. It reads the school and club emails, keeps all the grown-ups up to date, and does the small jobs. There's nothing new to install.
Go on, ask it. This is a made-up family, and nothing you type here leaves this page.
And the small jobs
- Forward a form with boxes to type into, and it prepares a copy for you to check.
- Photograph a letter from the bottom of the book bag, and it reads that too.
- One tap, and it reminds you the night before.
- What's on Thursday?
- On Thursday 8 October: 07:45, Breakfast club (Maya); 10:30, Dentist (Sam); 16:00, Swimming (Maya); 16:00, Parents evening; 18:30, Choir practice (Sam).
- Remind me Thursday at 7pm to send the trip money.
- I'll remind you Thursday 8 October at 19:00. You can see and cancel it in the app.
- Add Maya's netball on Saturday to the calendar.
- Got it. Shall I add this to the calendar? “Netball (Maya)”, Sat 10 Oct.AddNo
- What do I need to sort this week?
- 2 things are waiting for a yes or no: Class trip to the science museum; Book fair money. They are on today's page.
- What did you do?
- In the last two days: Thu 08:15: Toole read 3 new emails from school. Thu 07:00: Toole sent the morning message. Everything is in the app, under what Toole did.
- Are you working?
- Toole is running. Your next week arrives Sunday 11 October at 07:00. Your email was last read Thursday 8 October at 08:15.
- Pause everything.
- Pause everything? Toole will stop reading and nothing new will arrive until one of you starts it again. Nothing is deleted.

- What time should I remind you? Say it with a time, like "Thursday at 7pm", or set it in the app.
- Remind me at 7pm.
- I could not tell which day. Say it like "Thursday" or "the 14th", or set it in the app.
- We have a party on Saturday.
- I could not find a day and one of the children’s names in that, so I have not kept anything. Try something like "Sam has swimming on Thursday at 4".
- Book us a holiday.
- I can tell you what is on a day, what is waiting for a yes or no, keep track of something you tell me about with a day and one of the children's names in it, or pause. I cannot reply to email, book, buy, pay for or submit anything.
Drag the sun

Drag the sun through the day.
Your Today page is a sky. Each star is something on, and the sun is now.

Two things at four o'clock.
When two things land at the same time, Toole marks the clash in amber on your Today page, while there's still time to sort it out.

You're always in charge.
Toole asks before it sends, books or fills in anything, unless you've told it a kind of thing needs no asking. It never sees a card number, and nothing is paid without your yes.

Your call, every time.

Your family's email deserves a straight answer.
What it reads
Only what you connect or send. With your permission, your Gmail and your Google calendars. Anything you forward or photograph for it. And what you write to it.
What it keeps
The dates, deadlines and things to do, with the words each one came from. An email with nothing in it for your family is read and let go: its text is not kept.
What it never does
It never sells your data, never uses it for advertising, and never lets a model provider train on it. It never sees a card number. The whole notice, in plain words.
Deleting everything
Any adult in the household can ask for everything to be deleted from settings. After a short grace period, so that a mistaken tap can be undone, it is all erased.
- Breakfast club (Maya)
- Dentist (Sam)
- Swimming (Maya)
- Parents evening
- Choir practice (Sam)
- Class trip to the science museum

- PE kit (Maya)
Gone. That was the made-up family.

- Sign up here.
- We look at each family by hand before Toole starts reading anything.
- Connect your Gmail or forward what comes in, and tell it who's who.
What people ask first
Do I need to install anything?
No. There's nothing new to install.
Which email does it work with?
Gmail, connected with your permission. Or forward what comes in to your household's own address.
Does it read all my email?
It looks for what schools and clubs send about your children. An email with nothing in it for your family is read and let go: its text is not kept.
What if it gets something wrong?
It can. So it keeps the words each thing came from, and when it prepares a form or a message, you read it before you send it.
What can it not do?
In a chat, it cannot reply to email, book, buy, pay for or submit anything. It never signs anything on your behalf.
Can I rely on it for something urgent?
No. Don't rely on Toole for anything urgent, medical or safety related. It reads email on a schedule and may miss things.
Can I stop?
You can pause it, disconnect your Google account, or delete everything from settings, whenever you like.
